REFUND POLICY:
A full refund will be given when:
1.) You cancel order 24 hours or more in advance.
2.) Inclement weather prohibits us from setting up display.
Refunds will NOT be given when:
1.) We are given an incorrect address. Please make sure you have correct address at time of booking your display.
2.) The homeowner stops us from setting up display.
3.) The homeowner requests the display be taken down.
4.) A gated community will not allow us access to set up display. If your recipient lives in a gated community, it is up to you to make arrangements for us to be allowed access to recipient's home.
5.) The homeowner has a dog loose on property that prevents us from setting up display.
6.) The recipient is "out of town" or away on delivery day and doesn't get to see display. If you learn that your recipient will be not be home on scheduled delivery date, we will gladly reschedule or cancel order, but we need at least 24 hour notice for either.
